SHIPPING POLICY

At Elisha every order is packed with the same care and attention that goes into making the garment itself. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door — we are with you every step of the way.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Before your order is shipped it goes through our quality check and packing process. We believe the packaging is part of the experience — every Elisha order is wrapped in tissue, sealed with care, and packed to arrive exactly as it left us.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the following business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING — INDIA
We deliver across India through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY — COD
We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders within India.
COD is available when:
- Order value is between ₹500 and ₹5000
- Delivery pin code is COD eligible
- Item is a ready to ship product
COD is NOT available for:
- Orders above ₹5000
- Made to order or custom items
- International orders
- Pin codes not serviced for COD
Important COD Terms:
- Payment must be made in full in cash at the time of delivery
- Please keep exact change ready for the delivery agent
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your account permanently
- Elisha reserves the right to cancel COD orders that cannot be verified

5. CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For international orders please note the following:
- All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee
- Charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority
- Elisha has no control over customs delays or charges
- Refusing to pay customs charges will result in the package being returned to us — in this case the original shipping fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from any refund issued
We recommend checking with your local customs authority regarding applicable charges before placing an international order.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your order in real time
How To Track Your Order:

- Visit our website and go to Track My Order
- WhatsApp us at +91 74550 01308 with your order number
Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active and visible on the courier website.
7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your address. Please ensure:
- Someone is available to receive the package
- Your address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering
- Your phone is reachable as the courier may call before delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts:
- The package will be held at the nearest courier facility for 5-7 days
- You will be notified to arrange collection or redelivery
- After this period the package will be returned to us
- Re-delivery charges will apply for any subsequent delivery attempts
8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. This includes:
- Full name of recipient
- Complete address with house number, street, area
- City, state, and pin code
- Active phone number
Elisha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Address corrections after dispatch may not always be possible and additional charges may apply.
If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing your order please contact us at elisha.clothingindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 74550 01308 within 12 hours. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your order has not moved for more than 7 business days within India or 14 business days internationally please contact us immediately. We will raise an investigation with the courier partner and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged please:
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging before opening
- Take photographs of the item inside
- Contact us within 48 hours at elisha.clothingindia@gmail.com
- Include your order number and all photographs
We will assess each case individually and offer the most appropriate resolution.
10. DELAY IN DELIVERY
While we work with the most reliable courier partners delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Peak season volume — festival periods and sale events
- Extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays and strikes
- Customs delays for international orders
- Technical issues with courier systems
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeline please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf. Elisha is not liable for delays caused by third party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
11. SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Currently we are only able to ship each order to one address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses please place separate orders for each address.
12. PO BOXES & RESTRICTED ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for international orders. Please provide a complete residential or business address when placing your order. Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable — this will be indicated at checkout.
