Welcome to Elisha. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website elishaatelier.com and all purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order with us you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Elisha reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion if these terms are violated.

3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

3.1 Product Descriptions We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However please note:

  • Colors may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings
  • Fabric texture and finish may vary slightly from batch to batch
  • All measurements provided are approximate and may have a variation of up to 1-2 cm

3.2 Availability All products are subject to availability. Elisha reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

3.3 Ready to Ship Ready to ship items are dispatched within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.

3.4 Made to Order Made to order items require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Made to order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3.5 Custom Orders Custom stitching and personalization requests are accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact us at elisha.clothingindia@gmail.combefore placing a custom order. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value at the time of confirmation. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing All prices displayed on elishaatelier.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic orders. International customers will see prices converted to their local currency at checkout. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider and may vary.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Elisha reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.2 Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm
  • Net banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery — available for eligible India orders only
  • International payment gateways for global customers

4.3 Cash on Delivery Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within India. COD orders must be paid in full in cash at the time of delivery. Please note:

  • COD orders above ₹5000 may require advance verification
  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your account
  • COD is not available for made to order or custom items
  • COD is not available for international orders

4.4 Payment Security All online payments are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways. Elisha does not store your card or banking details. We are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions arising from your failure to keep your payment information secure.

4.5 Failed Transactions If your payment fails during checkout please try again or use an alternative payment method. If an amount has been deducted but the order was not confirmed please contact us within 24 hours at elisha.clothingindia@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve within 5-7 business days.

5. ORDERS & CONFIRMATION

5.1 Placing an Order By placing an order on elishaatelier.com you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

5.2 Order Confirmation You will receive an Order Confirmation email within 24 hours of successfully placing your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email. If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours please contact us immediately.

5.3 Order Modifications Order modifications including changes to size, color, or address may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in processing. Please email elisha.clothingindia@gmail.com with your order number and the changes required.

5.4 Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full cancellation terms. Made to order and custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5.5 Right to Cancel Elisha reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

  • Item out of stock after order placement
  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inability to verify payment

In the event that Elisha cancels your order a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Domestic Shipping — India We ship to all major pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery timelines are:

  • Ready to ship items: 5-8 business days after dispatch
  • Made to order items: As specified on the product page plus delivery time
  • Remote pin codes may require additional time

6.2 International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International delivery timelines vary between 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.3 Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination. Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotional periods and will be clearly communicated.

6.4 Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Elisha is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our control.

6.5 Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, absence of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply. Elisha is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on elishaatelier.com including but not limited to the Elisha name, logo, tagline She Just Knows, product photographs, descriptions, videos, graphics, and website design is the exclusive intellectual property of Elisha and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission
  • Use the Elisha name, logo, or tagline for any commercial purpose
  • Replicate or imitate our product designs, packaging, or branding
  • Use our product photographs or videos for any purpose other than personal reference

Any unauthorized use of Elisha's intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

8. USER ACCOUNTS

8.1 Account Creation You may create an account on elishaatelier.com to manage your orders, save addresses, and access store credits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
